How much does it cost?

Evergreen Editing Pricing Guide - 2009

Evergreen Editing provides a variety of services. Our goal is to help you improve the quality of your written word. We welcome articles, manuscripts, research papers & Theses, marketing material, training manuals, resumes, or anything you would like to have checked for accuracy and consistency. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Proofreading & Copyediting Prices

Text Documents

1-50 pages $0.02 per word

51-100 pages $2.00 per page*

Over 100 pages $1.00 per page*

Minimum charge - $10.00

PDF Files

PDF Files will be proofread only. No changes will be made to the file itself. Corrections will be returned in a separate file.

PDF files are billed at a basic rate of $25.00 for files under 1000 words.

Files over 1000 words are billed at the basic rate of $25.00 for the first 1000 words, then $0.02 per word for any additional words.

Converting a text document to a PDF file is billed at a flat rate of $50.

Websites

Websites are proofread only. No physical changes will be made.

Corrections will be sent in a separate file.

Websites are billed at a flat rate of $10 plus $0.02 per word.
