Karen holds both Bachelors & Masters Degrees. She is a published author and licensed teacher. Karen is on the editorial staff of Entrée Magazine, A South Florida Dining & Entertainment publication. She lives near Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband, three sons and assorted pets.
